We are Sam and Rachael, and we run a small-scale artisan business producing unpasteurised ewe’s milk cheeses and handmade ewe’s milk & tallow soaps. We run our own small flock of dairy sheep in the Yorkshire Dales, with a focus on sustainability, quality and provenance.
